For over 30 years the Kiwanis Club on Greater Easthampton raised the funds needed for this spectacular community event. In 2006 rising costs, environmental challenges, bad weather among other reasons created such a challenge for the club they could no longer host the event. The fireworks were only a memory in the community. However in 2010 Patrick Brough, from Finck and Perras Insurance and Kevin Perrier from Five Star Corp took up the challenge to bring back this cherished event to the skies of Easthampton. With generous business and community support families and friends throughout the Pioneer Valley could once again gather and celebrate the birth of our nation.

Easthampton tax dollars do not pay for the fireworks. Every year 100’s of people still believe the city pays for the spectacular fireworks display. Donations are appreciated.
